Ordering

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days
from San Diego, CA. During high volume periods, order processing times may increase. Please email us at hello@blackpeonies.com if you have any questions. 

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

We are required to charge sales tax in the following states: Washington, Texas, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, Ohio, North Carolina, Minnesota, Massachusetts, Maryland, Georgia, Florida, Washington D.C., Connecticut, California, Arizona, New Jersey, Illinois, and New York.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT? 

We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept cash, check, Venmo, Bitcoin, wire transfers, or money orders.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED? 

We have metrics in place to protect all of our customers, and we will cancel the order under the suspicion of fraud if red flags are raised. We will contact you immediately with an explanation if this does occur. 

Black Peonies reserves the right to cancel any order.

MY ORDER IS A GIFT.

Every order is packaged to be unwrapped like a gift, whether for you or someone else. We do not include pricing or receipts with any orders. If you have a special note you would like to include, please emails us hello@blackpeonies.com with the order number in the subject line, and we'll handwrite them and include them in the package.

DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

We currently only ship within the U.S.

 HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

WHAT CARRIERS DO YOU SHIP WITH, AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

We partner with USPS on most orders, and packages can take approximately 2 to 5 business days to be delivered via First Class USPS. We do sometimes use FedEx and UPS. 

MY PACKAGE WAS LOST/STOLEN.

If an order becomes lost, stolen or mis-delivered, please contact the assigned carrier and see if they can provide insight. If they are unable to help, please email us at hello@blackpeonies.com so we can work with you to resolve this.

THE TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING.

All packages can take up to 24 hours to update within their system. If there are any outstanding issues after 48 hours, please email us at hello@blackpeonies.com,
and we will look into the situation.

HOW DO I GET FREE SHIPPING?

Any order qualifies for free shipping on any subtotal over $150.00.
