RETURN POLICY

We want you to love our products as much as we do; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you a refund or an exchange.

Please email us at hello@blackpeonies.com within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorization and include Return Authorization in the subject line along with your order number.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, photographs of the item(s) in question are required for any replacement or refund; please be sure to include them in your email.

Returns must be placed back in the mail fourteen 14 days upon being delivered.

The returned item(s) must be unused and in original condition and packaging for an exchange or a full refund.

Refunds are made to the original method of payment, less shipping and handling. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. 

Please allow 3 to7  business days to process your refund or exchange.
